As a startup company, we are able to gain access with some of the world's advance materials from tech companies such as Toray Industries Inc. With our collaboration, we can develop innovative fabrics with unique properties that gives special performance to our products.

Fabric Technology

Fabric technology is the core competence of ARGYLE. Our team have been working with functional fabrics for decades. We are able to consistenly control the colours and quality of the fabric with the years of knowledge and experience in knitting, dyeing and finishing. Our team constantly develop new fabrics with our yarn partners to make sure our fabric is functional, comfortable and high quality. Currently, we are upgrading our fabrics with 100% sustainable material by 2025.

Sewing Technology

In ARGYLE, we make a commitment to adopt innovative ways in sewing technology, continue to benchmark with other brands and offer update to date features such as bonding and laser cut technology. We also constantly exploring new concepts with our partners to increase our quality and value in order to raise our competitiveness and become a technical company in the apparel industry.

Technologies we have adopted

Fabrics that get their stretch from as much as 10% elastane, spandex, and Lycra® materials are heavy, slow to dry, and don’t last. Primeflex™ fabrics solve the problem of restrictive clothing by utilizing a patented spiral yarn that allows the fabric to stretch and recover without using water-absorbing spandex. Primeflex™ fabrics are quick dry and offer durability, comfort, and stretch without the weight.
